Hi All,

My wife comlained the window lift motor was making strange noises they other day. Sure enough, it was too. So today I replaced. Thought this might help someone else get the job done:

Great pics and write up.
Thanks.....

My passenger window is very sluggish. I've already determined it is not the tracks or linkage.

CD, this window motor job is staring me in the face, thanks for posting it. I don't think it's possible for the passenger side window on my van to get any slower going up and the driver's side isn't much better.
By the way, I liked the line in your tutorial concerning the door panel removal; so true.

<hint> you know, we have a How To section on the site, this would be a perfect addition. </hint>

I saw that. But I didn't see how to post it in there. Tell me how and I will.

CD, I'm glad you stated that the 'how to' section seemed a bit daunting to post into. I had some grief with it when I posted my entry and was thinking that I must be a knuckle-walker or something because of the trouble.

I was granted access to post in there. But it's still a PITA to post something. It wasn't very clear to me anyway. I must be getting old I guess.
