I say you have a great van to start with. I see no rust (jealous here) and all it really needs is a lot of elbow grease! Get to work and show update pics as you get stuff done.

I guess being in Florida has its advantages, not much rust.

why is the nice rim the only one without a match? a little tlc and you got yourself a nice van.

you like that rim don't ya? it sticks out so far that the sliding door hits the tire and you can't open the door all the way.

lmao and you have three other tires to put there, and three other places to put that tire, but yet you leave it in the way lmao

this is how I got it, yeah you would think my uncle would of realized that the door doesn't open but oh well. the Astro isn't on the road yet, I'm doing some motor work to make it more reliable.

I don't know if you were serious about what is missing in the engine compatmrnt but if you are, you are missing the air box and filter, the tube from the air box to the throttle body, the IAT sensor (Intake Air Temp), coolant overflow and wiper fluid containers.

I was kidding. so far I replaced the IAT and got a new coolant/wiper fluid reservoir. Volant makes a CAI for the '96 and up Astros and I believe it will fit mine, however I have to do something about the MAF adapter they use since my Astro doesn't have the MAF.
