I'm not new

But I'm fresh here. I've V8'ed 3 Astros so far. My first swap was in '00, when I put a 305 into my DD van. Its served its purpose, given me years of trouble free driving. Now for the fun part.
The next swap is a 468 Chevy BB, with a healthy cam, and I am keeping the TBI setup, thanks to RVM engineering for the 54mm TBI bore.
All that I lack for the swap is an upper end gasket set, a big block van valve cover with oil tube, and an engine oil dipstick and tube. The van style is 3 separate pieces. Its gonna be a tight fit, and I may have to remove the ABS pump, but the thing doesn't work anyhow, whenever I get to 35 MPH the ABS light comes on. I have had the whole system checked by 2 different shops, and they both tell me to take out the bulb and unplug the pump connection. It will be easier to just yank it out.
A proper build up thread will be posted when I pounce on the project.
