Back in the saddle and on a new horse

Post by chesehd »

Hello again.

Time has been fortunate to me. Not only do I have a new girl, I maganged to snag a new 'stro as well!

I do have a question for all y'all here. Maybe a couple.

My new (to me) '03 isn't an LS or an LT so I guess that makes it the base model. I have the threee 12VDC outlets up front but they aren't attached to anything (as in a power source). Not only are they not plugged in to the fuse block, there would not appear to even be a wire & plug run to the outlets from the factory!

Is this typical of a base model or did a previous owner likely hijack the power for the brake controller they put in (and left installed - unexpected bouns!)?

On an unrelated note...ahhh...it's good to be back!
