Good vendor to buy parts

Post by kkamakasi »

Is there a sponsor or a preferred vendor that you get your GM parts from? I'm planning on doing the spark plugs, cap, and rotor and wanted to see what kind of aftermarket options I have..

I haven't bought from them yet,but lots of guys have suggested Rockauto.

I do heavily suggest to buy Delco parts only for what you want to buy.

I can't comment on very many GM vendors, but Rock Auto did have the best prices (and VERY fast shipping) on the MOOG balljoints I just ordered...

I would only buy GM ignition parts. My van went WAY over 100K on the stock ones and given the challenge to change the plugs & wires, it is a solid investment.

That being said, I'm a fan of Rock Auto. Best prices by far and fast shipping as Skip mentioned. I just picked up a clutch kit and new flywheel for my Bronco for $180 shipped.
