Before there was a cabinet where a porta potti fit perfectly. When I replaced the cooler drawer by a real fridge, I lost the cabinet under it. But the porta potty fit betwen the seats when the bed is unfolded.

Thank you for posting pics of your van. I have wanted a Safari Condo interior for years. I think it is better than any VW Westy, better thought out than Sportsmobile, GTRV, Leisure Way, or anyone else I've seen. I love the way the table swings out and how it stowes. The microwave is in the best spot. The cabinets are large with large usable doors. Il est magnifique!

Thanks for showing the bed deployment pics. So it is in 4 sections.

1 section is the seat itself.

1 section is the backrest.

1 section is hinged to stowe undeneath the seat, and fold out.

1 section is the a storage shelf in the back area behind the backrest, nest pas?

I always thought that bottom kick plate would have to fold oout to make a piece of the bed somehow, but thanks to your pics I see that it is a support for the cushions that fold out. That makes so much more sense!

i would imagine that the section that fold under the seat actually takes up all the room under there so there is no more capacity to stowe anything else, or is there also a water tank and/or ?

Anymore info would be greatly appreciated.

1 thing i would definitely like to know: How wide is the seat bed (side to side) and how deep are the cabinets? Thanks again.

Nice van!

It needs a sub box on the floor between the front seats. :guitar:

I agree with Tom, the Safari Condo interior is totally awesome. As someone who has spent a HUGE amount of time trying to figure out how to squeeze a full camper interior into one of these vans, I can definitely see that they've done a great job of maximizing space.

If someone want all the mesuremnt of the cabinet and bed, I can give you the details.

The campervan are quite popular in Quebec. There's another provider that have done a similar conversion but with a Dodge Caravan. It's less expensive but I prever the Condo. You can see the result at the following link:

Condo did previously another type of conversion that use the back seat for the bed.

There was a cabinet that was on hinge. It folded just ahead of the back seat. Behind the back seat, there was a frame at the same hight of the folded back seat.
Evrything was covered by cuschions. I found some pics on the web.

I'll try to find an old brochure that have drawing of it.
