need schematic for transfer case on AWD

Been looking for a schematic for this transfer case used in my 90 "Has Been" AWD . Not having any luck absorbing how these function . Would be of great interests to get a good explanation with pictures so I can tear it apart . Love confusion and challenges . Does anyone have a manual with this info ?

I am trying to get ready for a big trip so I don't have a lot of time right now. I will try to pull up the diagrams and write up an explanation for you in the next day or two.

Acording to my manuals your '90 should have a Borg Warner 4472 t-case. The 4472 is a full time AWD case and the only electrical components should just be the VSS.

Does anyone know the last year that the Astro AWD van had a Borg Werner 4472 transfer case?\

The Borg-Warner 4472 was used in the 1990 through the 1998 model year vans. 1999 to 2005 used the New Process 136.
