Greets! Ive been reading these forums for on and off since I got
my 02 Astro in 09. Its been running almost flawlessly but lately it
has developed the usual ABS problem of groaning and pulling to the
right. So I thought Id join you all and see what I could learn.
These vans are tough little guys. Much better that my old dodge
vans. I love this 02 for my tile business. Its perfect for all my tools,
carries enough of a load, and drives as easily as a car.
Im looking forward to the forums. Thanks, Paul in Wisconsin.

Hi all. Thanks for the great welcome. This is one very friendly
to hang. Im in Mount Horeb, about 17 miles west of Madison. Just
southeast of Spring Green about 25 miles. Out in cornville for sure.
I dont have any pics of the van on this computer. There is one on my
tile website but I dont want to spam this forum.
The response to my inquiry about the ABS off AWD working question, was extremely helpful. Lifted knows his stuff! So I pulled
the ABS fuse and now I need a quarry to do a donut to see that the
AWD kicks in. Better be a pretty good sized quarry!

Welcome TG. Cherie and I were just up to the "The House On The Rock". It's a very cool place. You are right.......Lifted is our resident 4X4 guru.

I do like this part of the country for the things to do outside
like canoeing the Wisconsin River near House on the Rock. Thats
one ou our favorite canoe floats.
I also like the area youre in. I camped a few days at the hot springs
near you. I forget the name though.Must have been in the early 70s
when I was driving around the country a lot burning out VW engines
and rebuilding them in the strangest remote places.
Great forums here. Great group. Paul.
