I’m trying to make curtains for my 97 Safari Cargo van that’s 3000 miles away. I need the measurements for the cargo bay sliding door window and the dual rear door windows. Would you please measure your windows at their tallest and widest points from inside the van? Thank you so much in advance, I really appreciate it.

Are you sewing these or just buying material?
Sewing a curtain like I had to go on a rod inside the frame against the glass would need accurate numbers. I had a curtain mounted on my slider on two aluminum rods set into holes I drilled in the frame top and bottom. How do you plan to mount? You're best to have the rods mounted first. My '97 cargo windows measurements at center, inside the frames, back, 24" w x 20 1/2" tall (these are not square). The slider is 30 1/2" x 21 1/2"

This will be my second set I’m making. I’m using Velcro. I’m just going to add a few extra inches around to the measurements and sew a strip of Velcro on the top and bottom of each curtain. The heat melts the glue on the Velcro strips but I just snake the other strip through my security screens, tuck the left over material around the sides and it’s black as night back there. Thank you, I would’ve been way off guessing. I thought the back windows were smaller. I hope I get a quarter of a million miles out of my Safari like you. My poor van needs me to make scrambled eggs in the radiator next time I see her.

Your welcome. Knowing what your plan is helps, the back windows form a trapezoid, each measuring 22" at the top and 25 1/2" bottom. put a line down the center of this and you'll have our windows

Keeping these vans running a long time is easy. In my case a necessity, I'll buy another van if this motor dies then rebuild this one. Having two would make me happy.
