Call me crazy..

Post by infinite.chris »

Was searching the net earlier and I noticed a lot of talk about converting Ford E350's to a dually axel.

Was curious if the same would be possible on the astro/safari frame? Not for hauling, more for stability while towing / cool factor. ^^

Challenge accepted.

Not sure yet what I'd do for fender flares. But, I feel it'd be a perfect compliment to a 6 inch lift. :D

I've always thought a dually van would be cool. Yeah, the sliding door is going to be an issue... Time for a gullwing! (Another cool idea, although a ton of work, would be to cut a slider in two and make a set of barn doors. You'd have to be a hell of a fabricator and body man to pull it off right though!)

I love the gull wing almost as much as I would a set of suicides. a 90/10 Dutch-style would be pretty cool too, with a step on the lower 10%

There's a drivers side swing out door that I saw that almost looked cool.

Guess I'll cross that road when I have to. ;)
