Just found it on a local lot.

Chev Astro LS AWD 2002
186,000 mi. (think they did some freeway driving? LOL)
Dutch Doors
2 bench seats (might sell em)

This little lady is CLEAN! Looks great inside and out. All panels are there, stereo and speakers work, no rattles or squeaks, electric windows, door locks and drivers seat, keyless remotes x2, motor is clean, and new tires too. A friend who manages a local gas station w/ garage (old school station that still has full serv pumps believe it or not!) had his guys check it out and said it just needs a couple things. Normal wear & tear for the mileage but a good buy. Needs new rear shocks (bouncy bounce a bit), replace oil pan gasket, new idler arms & alignment + I'll get an oil change and serv. the differentials.

What else is good to do or check when you first get these? This is our first Astro.

Here is a pic. We plan to do a conv. to a camper capable set up w/ a bed in the back and small storage compartment. Thinking about an awning for the side. Plan to take it to the beach & camp grounds around here in Nor. Nev and Nor. Cal. :-)

Thanks. Just remembered that it has the overhead console too. Really like being able to see the MPG and Temp/compass is cool.

Captains in the front, benches behind. Need some floor mats for the front ASAP to keep the carpets clean.

Looking at some of these for $25 at AutoZone 4 pcs. tan rubber trimmable floor mat Probably better.

Not custom fit but trimmable. Not 100% sure they will fit all that well once trimmed.[/quote]

Very nice van! If you can afford them, Husky liners are all we use. They keep all the sand, mud, snow and slush off the carpets.
