Thanks for your help.
I looked further and the sound is actually coming from underneath halfway down the van,
but is vibrating under the hood (fooled me at first.)
Any clues what is under there, which would require electrical power?

Hi Guys, Am new here and have a question for you, who know all about these vans. I turned off the van today and something is still running.
