I asked nicely

Apparently that wasn't good enough for the owners/moderators of this forum. I witheld disclosing the damning evidence that caused the original thread about the new owner of Overland to get censored. Owners and moderators could have, should have, still can, read my PMs to see that evidence. That Cana...

Re: Censor me - Remove me

Please moderators/owners? Delete all of my posts and contributions. Please? Simple request, I think. Then all this controversy will be gone. Then carry on in whatever manner you care to. Please delete all of my posts and history? Please? I'm asking. Please. Craig 'Lumpy' Lemke 5526 E Pershing Ave Sc...

I don't care what it's "a case of".

Please remove EVERY post I've ever made to this forum.
EVERY ONE.

Re: arrrg...dead battery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I once had the door lock relay klunk out on me. It continually cycled
through lock/unlock till it ran the battery down.

Re: Windows AGAIN

Vans back and 2 wires were semi severed. Cost $70 and I'm back in the saddle. Evan dropped off my door card to my upholstery shop to fix the dreaded arm rest tear. Happy as a puppy with 2 peters If you got in and out of a dealer for 70 bucks, that IS a reason to celebrate. :bounce: Lumpy You Played...

Re: Windows AGAIN

Here is my real schematic. http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o316/donkelly23/2002AstroWindowsch.jpg I was told by my service adviser that there is a body computer on these now and that might be why the voltage is low. Difficult for me to see that schematic, but if I blow it up it looks like the sa...

Re: Body/Subframe Mounts. . .

Thanks bro. . . I took a closer look and there seems to be a bit more of a problem. . . The mounting point on the front passenger side looks like it has corroded and the bushing is falling thru. I have the lift kit installed and I can only see the Spacer on that corner, not the bushing!!! So I gues...

Re: Windows AGAIN

Driver or Passenger side window? When you put 12v to the blu and bro wires, do you have those wires DISconnected from the switches? In the switch resting position, both wires go to ground. If you were to put 12v to that, you'd surely know about it ASAP. With everything connected in normal manner, yo...

Re: Body/Subframe Mounts. . .

Bushings are the same OD for all three positions. The middle set has a larger diam ID for the larger diam bolt. Seems odd. Why didn't GM simply make them all the same size, bushing and bolt...Who knows. Lumpy You played on "The Love Boat"? Yes. White tux, huge sideburns. www.LumpyMusic.com

Re: What did you do to/with your van today?

Washed my 89 camo Astro so we could look purty hauling my upright bass to the gig Sat night. Had to wait till 7pm for the temp here to cool down to 102F. Then I hooked up the dimmer sensor to my GlowShift gauges. The gauges have this trigger wire that you connect to the instrument lights fuse. When ...

Re: New fuel pump record

That does look like a good option. Does anyone know what is basically wrong with the Astro / Safari system? Other rides don't eat fuel pumps like they're free. I'm going to have to knock on wood. 290k miles on my 89 and I'm pretty sure it's the orig fuel pump. I have all the maintenance and service...

Re: Bumper Fit from other GM trucks?

I fit a Warn classic for the 88-98 GM's to CD0156's Astro. Width was perfect. I had to trim the curved ends to fit the line of the front fender and then made custom mount brackets. Thank you very much, Lifted. I was hoping you'd chime in as I knew you had done something very similar. The guy says t...
