Removed the 'dancer' pole and copper greased the screws and hinges under the sofa bed.

Mystery solved After searching I had a look under the van and the bracket that held the loom/connector at some point either broke or rusted away and was tucked up and around the tow bar out of site. I'll get a new bracket for it next week and remount. Thank you for the hints and tips.

If you have a factory tow package, the factory wires will be bundled in the right rear of the van in the jack storage area. Man I just can't find it, is there some sort of hidden door or something? Funny enough I did notice a error with the milage on the paprwork when the LPG was installed. The numbers are way TOO high not to be a mistake.

Cool. I'll have to see about finding some adjustable Ranchos and/or helper springs but I don't hold much faith on geting them locally. Looks like I may have to send back home for them.
