Thanks, Tex was a nickname I got in high school and its stuck ever since.
Got the transfer case swapped out over the holiday weekend. Put the GM Autotrack 2 fluid in the new case. Drives very nice now, no more clunking when turning. Now on to tackle the ABS issue.

Thanks for the info and welcomes.
I am going to try the fluid flush first. If that doesn't clear up the issue, I'll swap out the t-case. Picked it up the "new" transfer case for $90, with 80k on it, so it wasn't too bad of an investment.
As for the tires, they are 215/75/15.

Bought my Safari in May at a police car auction. Have had the transmission rebuilt so far. Picking up a transfer case this weekend to replace the clunking one. Need to fix the ABS, as it activates whenever the brake pedal is pressed, and fix some body damage to make the wife happy. I'm sure I'll be ...
