Re: Tune up ????
I'd start by looking at the first two, they could lead to the second pair of codes you have. Could you have disturbed something while replacing those parts? Vacuum lines when old are easily broken or dislodged, time to dig deeper.

Re: HVAC controls repair (rear window defrost circuit)
What I do is to upload by attachment. If you open the full editor under the draft, preview and submit buttons are two file tabs, hit the attachments tab then the add files button. It will open a window for you to find the file. I'm currently on PC but I think phone is similar, hit the place in line ...

I got new for my astro at SD Truck spring, Google your part # and shop around. Got Amazon Prime? let them pay the shipping.

Re: 95 GMC G2500 - Rear suspension sagging
Coil springs?
Coils in the front, leaves in the rear. Leaves are easy to beef up or replace. If you have a coil in the rear it is aftermarket, like a coil over shock to carry more load or fix a problem.

Re: GM Parts
The boneyard will be your best bet but there are other possibilities. Fleabay, parts vans on craigslist and facebook. Do a google search. I bought a g20 for the drivetrain in my '93 safari from craigslist.

Re: What is correct front axle clearance
Yes, unfortunately I'm unfamiliar with the AWD systems. I did not build my '05. The 4wd TC and transmission from the tahoe may be able to swap in. I built my '93 and know that between the v8 / v6 transmision 4l60e 2WD were interchangeable. I've read in the forums about TC swaps in order to get 4wd c...

Re: What is correct front axle clearance
It is not uncommon, the newest astro is 17 years old. find one with new motor mounts and you will have clearance. My '05 when it was built in 2015, granted it's a 6.0 ls swap, lq4 steel block not an aluminum block (add 100 lbs). The motor was lifted 2" to get the small bit of clearance you see ...

Re: What is correct front axle clearance
Bad motor mounts in my '05 cause that issue. Fact that is a 6 liter might have a little cause in that problem too, lol. I'll change the rubbers for poly mounts and put a 1/2" plate under them.
No, there should be clearance there. Find a new wrench!

Re: Radiator Support Swap
Ahah! I see now, I thought you were after astro info. It is one of the mods I've given serious consideration for my '93. I had an '87 Beauville model w/ the stacked headlights and chrome grill. It was beautiful compared to the base model w/ a single sealed beam so I can understand your hunt. Here is...

Re: Radiator Support Swap
Welcome, I really don't understand your question, are you looking to swap noses, same years, same style or swap from first to second generations? You see the 1985 -'94 are first gen, '95 - '02 are considered second and third is 03'- to '05. '95 - '05 are the same body style throughout but some of th...
