Tinworm, what you install on the fire wall is your clutch master cylinder and the slave cylinder is mounted on the trani, the spring load of the clutch pressure plate will force the hydraulic oil out of the slave cylinder back to master cylinder. Tom, one VW weekender model had a fold down rear facing seat behind the driver seat. Maybe this would be an option and worth further investigation.

Tom, thanks for sharing the pictures- like this area as well and I have a question.Is the secrete place Harts pass? And I think you short changed Lake Chelan by 25 miles. With the growing family and your interest you might want to search for a 4x4 Tiger.

Well if it is the bearing you usually can tell by the play in the hub wheel assembly. Just raise the front end with the wheel mounted and check for excessive play.

Open the hood in the evening-dark condition- fire up your engine and see where you have sparks flying.This will tell you what should be replaced concerning your ignition parts.

Hi Baer,die meisten Conversion Vans sind in Indiana hergestellt bzw. umgebaut.Das Cobra Model ist bei Advantage Enterprises,Inc in Goshen,IN umgebaut.Mein ist bei Tiara Motorcoach umgebaut in Elkhart,IN . Wie viele von diesen Firmen noch aktive sind weiss ich leider nicht. Ich hoffe dies beantworted...

Gary,just putting on studded snow tires reduces my mpg's by 5 mpg not to mention the crappy winter blend gasoline.

I would start with replacing the fuel filter,specially if you put some cleaner in your tank.Sea-foam is known to plug up the filter.Also it is a cheap fix and won't hurt.

Tom, 3M makes some super double back adhesive tape which might do the trick.

Hi,if you go with a full size spare ,which I also recommend, make sure you end up with the same OD as the tires mounted on your van.Don,t rely on the same tire size alone since the OD's seem to vary among the brands.This is very important with your AWD setup.
