Re: Did some "real" towing with the 'Stro today.

I travel on average about 45 to 50 weeks a year in my 91 ext rwd passenger Astro and am towing 99 percent of the time. She had 63,??? on the odometer when i pulled h...

Re: Jezebei (the van) nearly got me arrested

Strange, there should be no power going there at all. Was the remote in your pocket? Maybe the other guy's clicker was on the same frequency? This happened on my dad's Econoline and I think it was a fried Body Control Module (BCM), which your Astro also has. To start troubleshooting, you'll need to...

Re: Astro Mosquito Screens for windows

Does your back doors and/or slider have the pop out windows? I did the flex magnets on the fronts. But haven't had time to mess with the back and work around hinges and latches. I have a small dual fan window fan in one side sealed to the interior. When it is on;(usually anytime i have to worry abou...

Re: New old member;lets try this again

Thanks guys, good to be back among friends. I did take a few pics. Usually i would get about a half mile down the road from something exiting and say to myself man that was a picture post card moment; then call myself names for forgetting to take pictures. ](*,)

Jezebei (the van) nearly got me arrested

Jezebel was playing a practical joke on me the other night. I was sleeping at a rest area in S.Carolina, when i heard something bang the right rear of the van. I then heard voices and assumed the guy let his door smack Jezy as he was getting out. After a few moments he did it again. After about the ...

New old member;lets try this again

Newbie, bicoastal traveler. I actually joined a couple years ago;but never filled out profile and i don't remember posting anything. So when i went for a bicycle ride and returned; i found i could not log back in. Now that i am a ASV polygamist, 89AWD,91EXT; i thought i might try it again. I will tr...
