Re: 97 astro heater control valve
Are you saying you installed a 170° thermostat? It's also possible there is still air in the system. This is a good site for parts breakdowns: http://www.gmpartseast.com/Page_Product/PartList.aspx?MakeUrl=chevy&CatalogUrl=1997-astro-awd&ComponentCode=TM0902201&SectionCode=09&EngineC...

Re: Drivers side cold feet
Bill, thanks for the info, I will check the prices for the new diverter duct. Update: Parts cost about $40 US but you have to tear the dash apart to install them. Here is my fix. Drivers-side: Use a hole saw to cut a 1.25" hole in the existing plastic heat duct. Add a flexible 1.25" air d...

Found it??/ :guitar: Pull out the fuse controlling the DRLs. In some vehicles you may be required to replace the fuse with a jumper fuse. In vehicles that require a jumper fuse, if you do not put the  jumper fuse in, the headlights will not work at all. Your user's manual or Chevy dealer me...

Is the fuse indicated as daytime running lights or just lights??/LiftedAWDAstro wrote:Look for a fuse in the under hood fuse box. Should be one as my 98 had one. Unless your van is Canadian, then there probably isn't a way to eliminate it easily.
