Not sure if i'm experiencing the same problem but from a dead stop on a steep incline i'm getting a thump , like every 15-feet once it gains momentum it goes away. I can floor it and it will not do it. I would think if it was the rearend i would get that thump all the time under hard accceleration. ...

Does it go back on afterwards or is it a extra part? Just curious what did GM write. Also Lifted can you explain to me what has happened to the forum. I need to re registar was Stratosdad, We have talked before.

Iv'e done a 93 and it was pretty simple but the 2004 seems to have a plastic cover over the entire blower motor and A/c unit.

Any tips appreciated.
