Yep, I have 3.73 stock and 4.10 would with the 30.5" or so tires would put me back almost exactly to stock with the 3.73 and 215/70-16 tires.

Man, reminds me of my story with the driver's side cv axle and stub axle being stuck in it. The c-clip slipped out of the groove and no amount of tapping, pounding or pulling would remove the stub axle. I finally squirted Dawn dish soap inside and was able to tap the cv axle off the stub axle in the...

That's great about the gearing and disappointing about the locker! Hopefully you can get some resolution from your installer on it seeing you didn't exactly get the one you wanted.

That's the tire and size I'm running now with 3.73 gears. Wouldn't want to run that size with 3.42!

Feels like you're overthinking things a bit as any decent brand replacement fuel pump should see you though a 100k miles or so.

It's actually really easy to replace that tubing and you can pickup the molded vacuum tube piece at most laps.
