i copied arlons bed when i built mine and it works awesome. the whole thing hides behind my rear seat and is hinged on the top so that i can use it to store my tools/blankets/sleeping bags/food or whatever

yeah i did have to do a little trimming up front...it wasnt much though. i used a $10 die grinder from harbor freight and a cut off wheel to just follow the wheel well line down the bumper a little. the tires are firestone destination AT 30x9.5/15 so they are actually only 29.5 inches tall. i was ab...

also, i just took a look at my RPO sticker and it indicates gt4, g80. so 3.73 gears with gov-loc, correct?

so i just picked up my astro. 2000 awd, high top, 140,000 miles. new transfer case. all seems to be as hoped. got it for $2800
