Snow Chains
I have a 2004 Astro AWD with all season tires. It's not practical for me to buy snow tires because I won't be spending a lot of time in the snow and another set of tires and rims are more $$ than I have. I'd like to hear from people who have experience with using tire chains on Astro/Safaris. What b...

Richmond Gear's Powertrax
Has anyone on the board added the Richmond Gear Powertrax unit to their open differential? How do you like it? How does it compare to the Eaton G80? I'm looking for more traction for the least bucks. I won't be driving it hard but I do want max traction in mud and snow. My vehicle is a 2004 Astro AW...

I don't have the overhead console and I just want to get the headliner down and up without breaking anything. Just dropping the outer 1 foot on each side would suffice. If you have s...

Loose Clading
The lower cladding panel on the driver's door is loose and literally blowing in the breeze.
Thanks,
John
Would someone who has done this fix please tell me how to do it?Thanks,
John

Corroded Rims
My 2004 Astro has corroded spots on some otherwise nice looking aluminum rims. ASTRO 017.jpg The rims are coated with some kind of clear coat that has broken loose and flaked off on the corroded spots. Has anyone had any luck polishing out the corroded spots and renewing the clear coat? Thanks, John
