I've cleaned the t-body and IAC. Had a 96 with throttle sticking on cold start up. MAF looks clean but will try that thanks.

Got a 2000 4.3 that stumbles. Worse when cold but always there. Been through a leaking injector spider. Plugs, distributor and the rest. She has no more codes and I'm drained. Starting to question the EGR. It's clean and never had a code for it. Not even for a lean condition. HELP!!!

Just got finished cleaning some carbs out. Ethanol sure makes a mess of things and for what reason. Does anyone have any thoughts on the matter? It just cause everyone pain and exspense.

Got a 2000 also my fault is this. Engine starts no problem yet has a poor idle. Engine runs strong but this idle sucks. I have a new engine with all this new with in 5 mons. Did stock rebuild with a torque cam. Engine runs strong with put some pics painted ex manifolds and everything else while I was in there.

Got engine back looks good. Now if I could get a break with the weather and work picked up. Good and bad go figure.

My engine is is on her way back. If I'm lucking I will see it Saturday, but believe its going to be Monday.

Porting just isn't in the cards right now. May get 2nd set and experiment on them. Just clean these and painted with VHT 2000 deg aluminum

I took a manifold today looked it over and told my self, easier said than done. This gel you spoke of, is this something anyone can buy. I have heard of this. I will do some surffing. Once again, appreciate this ensight thanks.

I have given some thought to porting out my manifolds. I was told I'm wasting time. Low end scenario makes a lot of sense.Adding to your suggestion, I remember way back, read an article on a set of headers. It' sad people doing things like that. Poeple are to much of a rush now days. I would like to think there is good in all of us but that ME 1st hard to over look. I just do what I can and roll with the punchs. keep up the Good fight.
