The interior is fairly boring, I only did the roof poptop with GTRV so the rest is a DIT project.

hey tlb.. I'm in North Van and have a Safari (with a poptop from GTRV) and we're always camping and exploring and climbing.

I want to hook up an auxiliary battery for a van conversion project and would like some advice before going ahead.
- Where is the best place to mount the battery? Will it fit somewhere under the hood?
- Is the stock alternator beefy enough to charge both batteries?

ride quality and sway
I just recently bought a 2003 Safari van and one of the things that bothers me a little is the side to side sway of the body. It seems that the springs are fairly soft possibly. Is this normal with these vans and what can I do to make the ride a little firmer without sacrificing too much ride quality?
