Question on installing compressor...
My freon leaked out months ago. If I change the compressor myself, do I need to add oil or anything before I take it to the shop for then to suck out the air and put freon in it?

Question about factory seat bolts...
Looks like I have to take out the front seats in order to unbolt the receiver side seat belts.
Will the seat bolts fall out after I remove the nuts? Do I need to get under the van to hold the bolts while I remove the nuts?
If I do, then I will have to get a second pair of hands.

Need help quick with seat belt!!!
I depend on my van for work. I'm a delivery driver. Tonight, the plastic around the driver's side seat belt latch disintegrated and the mechanism is jammed. How can I replace the latch part with the 12" long stub which seems to be attached to the bottom of the seat. It has what looks like some ...

How hard is it to change out a compressor?
I'm getting a bit of high pitched whine from the engine compartment. When I turn off the AC it gets quieter, but it's still there. My guess is the bearing is going out. Wonder how much time I have...

Re: Tips on Changing Spark Plugs & Wires
I was referring to the rubber covers in the wheel well.
One side at a time sounds doable...good idea. I can use the extra jack stand for insurance. What do you think of these?

Cigarrete lighter female end came out
It looks like it screws into a part that's behind the engine cover. How do I remove the cover to do this?

Re: Tips on Changing Spark Plugs & Wires
Yea. But it sounds way too complicated. It's something that I'll get done half way then get stuck. If I jack it up with the OEM jack which is supposed to go under the 'V', where would I place the jacks? I have too many questions. Heck, i can't even find on here how to remove the heat covers. Either ...

Re: Tips on Changing Spark Plugs & Wires
Ok, I really do need to change the plugs/wires. The info on here is great but I'm totally confused. Not having a floor jack or stands makes it impossible, I guess to change the plugs. Question...has anyone let the dealer do it and how much did it cost. Any alternatives you all can think about would ...
