Hi It could be low charge but it would have to be real low as when it is just slightly low the compressor kicks in and out at a fast pace. Every few seconds.

Hi Thanks for everyone's help. Problem fixed. Someone on the engines forum had posted an diagram from autozone that was also in alldata that was just for heat a/c. It had the colors of the different vac tubes coming off the control unit. Once I got these color which explained where and what each one...

Hi I agree with above post. NAPA brand waterpumps will be just as good as dealers. One more thing; while I had all belts off I would change any that were the least bit suspect. Much harder to go back later and change. Make sure you clean mating surfaces well.

Hi Have a 86 4.3 tbi astro allegro motorhome. Air comes out of the right vents but when you change from a/c to say defrost it takes about 2 or 3 minutes before the change is made.
