Re: 2012 2500 chevy express with access package

That info might be a little trickier to find since I don't think GM made a great deal of those contractor vans. But let me introduce you to two precious gems. Sources for schematics, drawings and service info for your van. If it's anywhere, it'll be here: https://charm.li/ https://www.gmupfitter.com...

Re: Window switch wiring

usually you can just clean up the corrosion and apply some dielectric grease, but yeah of course you can bypass any switch by just shorting the terminals.
Motors can be tested by applying 12V to them.

Re: 2002 Astro Van Broke down on road Won't start

That is not so easy when it is broke down on the side of the road. how come? push it somewhere out of traffic and bring your tools. Or have it towed home. I doubt ALL spark plugs stopped ALL at once driving down the road. I never said the plugs were bad. This test ensures ALL ignition components ar...

Re: 2002 Astro Van Broke down on road Won't start

well if it's got fuel but it's not igniting then there's got to be something wrong with the plugs.
Try pulling them out one by one, ground the body and visually confirm they're sparking

Re: Standard Motor Product Spider

Hi, I think I have to change out my Spider on my 2002 astro. Did you do tests to see if it's bad? I can only find ones that are made by STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS. How come? I had no problem. Took 2 minutes and they seem to be well stocked https://www.finditparts.com/products/10574647/acdelco-19210688...
