Re: Need some help
Took the intake manifold off today and did some snooping around there was fuel all over the plenum, i found #4 injector was cracked and squirting fuel inside the intake cover. I replaced the spider with the new updated one and my problems are fixed.

Re: Dex-Cool
I've heard that Dex-Cool eats gaskets and is a big GM mess up to start with. Thats why i wanna flush it out and go green, But i just wanna make sure Dex-Cool isnt required and is a must for the vehicle.
Dex-Cool
My girlfriends 2002 Grand Prix SE has Dex-Cool in it. It has a warning sticker on the overflow that says do not use anything other than Dex-Cool. Is this to stop the owner from adding regular green in with it? My question is can i flush the Dex-Cool and add regular green and not run into any problems?

Re: POS 2001 Ford Escape 4x4
Yesterday i got my girlfriend out of the Ford, I got her a 2002 Grand Prix SE with the 3.1 V6. It has 105k, I got it for $2,000. Are the 3.1's good engines? Anythings better than a Ford i suppose.

I just think its unholy a 5 cylinder? In my mind i keep thinking of some GM frankenstein project truck. Any input would be greatly app...
