Tho I enjoy all these ballons, in particular the Angry bird balloon was pretty cool... the best balloon of the bunch pops his smiley face into the pic around 145 or so...

We have a member here Trybe13 who has a lifted roof on a early model van, but I don't ever recall seeing a pop-up roof top on one of the early vans.
