AirLift Bag kit..

Post by potskie »

I made an amazing discovery saturday.. My uncles Shop is an Airlift dealer So monday when the Shop is acctually open im going to order up my Bag / Compressor Kits and hopefully next weekend i will be posting some pics of them installed..

I have 1 question tho what is the stock ride height for the rear of a 98? mines sagged a fair amount appears to be 2 - 3 inchs but id like to double check before i go adding numbers to my measurements.

Here is where the bags come in nicely. We helped my sister and her hubby move and the back of the van was loaded as well as the trailer.

This is with no air in the bags:

This is with 50 PSI in the bags:

Nice thing was after we unloaded, we had a 80 - 90 mile trip home and we let the bags down to 20 PSI which I run unloaded anyways.
Current rides:
2013 Toyota Tundra DC 4x4
2008 Dodge Nitro 4x4
2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8S Special Edition

Mileage spreadsheet

Vans owned:
1986 Safari 2.5L 4 speed manual - scrapped
1995 Astro 2WD conversion 4.11 posi, shift kit, DHC rock rails - sold to Skippy
1998 Astro 4x4 D44, D60, NP231, full hydraulic system with 9k# Milemarker winch and snow plow - sold to Lockdoc
2003 Astro AWD all stock - traded for a 3/4 ton truck
2005 AWD, 4.10's - sold to skippy
