New van guy

I'm so new I don't even know what My "G" number is.

1982 GMC Beauville Van. Looking forward to learning a thing or two from all you experts here.

Welcome, Garr.
The model should be printed on the door VIN sticker. G10 = 1/2 ton, G20 = 3/4 ton and G30 = 1 ton capacity

Hi,

I once owned a 1979 G20 Beauville window van. 350 v8 with 4 barrel carb. Then after 17 years I got a 1994 G20 Sportvan window van. It had TBI, throttle body injection.

G20 has 5 lug wheels, G30 must have 6 lug or 8 lug wheels.

Enjoy your van.
