Injector pump/injectors

Newbe here, thanks for having me.
I have a 2000 savana 2500 6.5 diesil. My problem is I parked my van after driving all day without any issues since I've had the van for 2 years now. I went to go start it and it only turned over and blew white smoke. I changed the fuel filter and it was dirty. After priming it still no start. Cracked an injector line turned it over and no fuel to the injector. Would this be a bad injector pump? The lift pump will prime it because the filter has pressure when I prime it. I'm lost and a $3000 injector replacement will kill my account. ANY SOUND WORD OF ADVICE?

Welcome to the forum.
Put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail and measure key-on pressure and leakdown.
