Name is David Legg,
66 years young and retired, Widowed 5 years ago after 30 years of marriage, Recently got a 88 Chevy van and replacing the worn out 4.3 v6 with a 5.3 v8 from a 2006 truck.
Looking forward to getting it running and doing some day trips.

I am also a "Leg Man"...
and... from Kentucky. Up near Covington.

And I think anything '88 and Chevy... has to be good.
Bummer about the 4.3... musta' / betcha' it lived a long tough life.
Good Cast Iron trade in - here's to hoping " That Van " with new fangled metal n' stuff gets the same number of years...

just sayin'.

Is that you, Randy... well, by golly.

We got Leggman, You, me and "some guy over there" named tungtide ( from Salvisa - not too far from the Horse Park - Lex. )
Seems Kentucky is making a move for "States most involved with Vans".

They already knew we liked TRUCKS down here - there are 3 Vans and 8 Trucks on our 14 house cul de sac.

Randy... what happened to your Signature ? All talk... no action. LOL

Here... I'll talk you thru it - I have to reload my dash pic, do my Heckle & Jeckle thing and start a build thread.

All this before making a bold announcement.
