1982 GMC 2500 Van Dura Cargo Style Van

Single owner from 1982 to 2022, previously owned by my grandfather.

Between 1982 and 1989, he drove the Van sparingly as he traveled a lot. Originally, it had a 305 V8 with 7,426 miles on it.

In 1989, he had the engine swapped to a 350 V8 (have receipt), and added 128,334 miles. With the 171 miles it took to drive it home, the total miles on the 350 is 128,505.

The total mileage on the van is 135,931.

The vehicle runs well and includes 4 studded tires and a spare under the sofa bed in the back.

Given it's age, and despite the great care taken with the van, nothing is perfect.

At the moment, the rear doors do not open. Also, the driver's door does not open from the inside without manipulation. I will be addressing these when I can, unless purchased beforehand. My research into the vehicle says this is a common issue with the style and age of the van.
