Gremlin

Post by Water Boy »

It would seem to me that if I was gonna do some shooin' up at the bank that has cameras, that I would at least drive something that is commonly seen in the area so I won't be easily recognized.
A Gremlin ??? #-o

I was told getting my beauty sleep was a waste of time.

Police confiscated the car late Thursday. They found it unoccupied at the Greene and Albemarle county line
...after it had broken down and spare parts would take a few days to get in...
i guess the only way it could be harder to blend in or escape is if they were throwing pipe bombs from a yugo... [-X

As a side note...
The Yogo was:
Very cheap to buy
.... but
Was expensive to repair.
Got very poor gas mileage for the type of car is was.

The answer is obvious. Swap in a V8!

i remember a hot rod magazine back in the early 90's that had a small pictue of a yugo with a 350 chevy in it, it was in a readers rides section or something like that, wasn't a pretty swap, but it sure was different...

A Coupla things here...
1. Gremlins were available with V-8's when new, the AMC 304, which was a pretty good engine.
2. The entire drive train and parts to keep it going (regardless of engine) are available at Jeep dealers/stores, since they have similar power trains.
3. This guy WANTED to get caught! Nothing stealthy about him or his "plan".
Dumb!!! Glad he was caught before he really hurt someone! If he thinks he got his heart broken twice before.....just wait 'til he gets to Prison!! :muhaha:

How do you double the value of a Yugo? Fill the tank! What do you call a four door Yugo? A Wego.
