Good luck with replacing the pump. It isn't too bad of a job. I replaced the pump on my '96 Astro AWD in 2000 or 2001. I picked up just the pump and the screen for $110 from Carquest. It still runs today, but my bro has it now. I remember feeling really good about myself when I saw that some people had paid $700 for theirs to be done at a shop. I recommend replacing your fuel filter while you're at it as well if you never have.

Green will be my 4th replacement, Grumpy will be my 5th. Fuel filters get replaced every 20 K miles and every pump replacement.

Green has had its tank dropped and ready for the new pump for a few days. Really taking my time with this one. Having a spare van is allowing me to really search for the best deals.
