I can't find the numbers anymore on the site... anyone have a clue what headers will fit a 91 awd astro with a 350?
Thanks

They should fit all the awd vans. When I did my conversion I called Racecraft Conversions. They told me the Flow Tech is the header they use for all their conversion.

I used the FlowTechs on my van. I had to move the anti-lock brake module over a little and also cut a little away from the shock tower on the passenger side. I would also highly recomend JetHot coating if you can afford it.

Although the Flowtech headers are an exhaust solution for the SBC AWD V8 project, they do not seem to be very durable. If you run a high performance engine with them they WILL start to fail within a couple years of use. Some of our members on the old forum would often complain about repairing the headers over and over. Flowtechs use thin wall tubing that sometimes will crack and break from heat and stress. A few members have been using cast iron or stainless steel manifolds in their SBC AWD V8 swaps after their headers have failed. The best long term solution if you want headers IMO would be to build some custom ones with some mandrel bent thick wall stainless steel tubing. I also agree that one should budget for coated headers if you do not use stainless steel headers...they may still crack from heat and stress, but they will look better and not rust during the life cycle of the part.
