Late Hello

Post by afsigma21 »

Well, I have been on the site for a couple weeks now posting like mad, forgot to say Hello!!!

I am currently without an Astro, but in the market. I previously owned 2 Astro's.

A 1991 that was stolen with about 180k on it, then crashed into a tool rental place so that they could rob the place. Junkyarded that one! 7 seater, loved that van!

A 1995 that I just did not like the seat config, it was 8 seater with 2 benches, and not as nice. Sold that after my son broke the front windshield with his head from the inside..... Long story, he was 4 years old at the time, was playing in the front seat while I was filling the gas tank, he jumped up and shattered it. Luckily he was unhurt, not even a bump. It was really wierd.

After a miserably uncomfortabl 5000 mile 3 weeks of traveling in my 2001 Ford Expedition with 3 adults and 2 kids (10 and 11), I realized it was time for an Astro again.

I am looking!

I am from Ohio, left side middle ;)

Note to self, don't buy a Ford Expedition.

What the heck am I talking about? Stay away from any Ford!!

Seriously though, that's a bad way to find out you don't like a vehicle.
Welcome, and good luck in your search!

Welcome to our humble abode, Afsigma. Another Ohioan, I see...hmm, there must be something about Ohioans and Astro/Safaris.
You must be from around Van Wert; I'm north of there here in Bryan.
