GEJ- no thats so when i paint it there are no tape edges. making where the clear/paint will have no chance of flaking off later.

little update started my fuel system, made my regulator bracket(will get better pic of it) and started to test fit more pics tomorrow.

You're doing a great job. Nice.
Now I hate to ever say anything to anyone who is doing this quality of work but you may want to think about moving that regulator and gauge around front to make it easier to get at.
Just a thought.

This really is a nice build. I love the fuel filler in the door. Little "touches" like that really make a build truly creative and custom. It's the stuff most people don't notice that really is impressive when pointed out. I have a 1963 Ford Falcon done as a mid-sixties custom. Uh oh..wheels turing Rebel?...
Man this is great work. I haev had a lot of fun following it.
I ended up putting the reg. under the hood on the firewall..much easier than removing the cowl to take a peek.

rebel- i agree, but i want everything stealth for a cleaner look so it will be a little more of a pain.
