the radiator is the same width as a stocker. it is slightly taller and about an inch thicker.

Just at thought, although it seems like you are working this out with some gurus...My 350 is quite happy with a 1 3/8 core fitted to my stock tanks (core from a transport), and duel flex-a-lite 11inch fans. I also have the tru-cool tranny cooler, which may divert even more heat from the rad.
