A.S.No More

Post by Rebel »

Today I'm making this my last move from A.S to A.S.V's
Officially announcing I'm here to stay. No applause or bows please. lol,,,Hummm,,no one may care but that's fine. It'll be fun anyway. Maybe one day in the near future ASV's will be "The Place" to be for all the old crowd and the new.

I can't blame ya one bit Larry, anyone who's been on A.S for any length of time understands.
Of course there will be a few who refuse to budge (for whatever reason)and make the change, but they can never say there wasn't a better option available to them.

Well, I guess I'm in fer good as well. Enuff's enuf, and lotsa people have busted their chops to give us this site. Which is turning out to be quite impressive, by the way. Even the logo gives me a chubby....

Well, we all knew it was going to happen. It was only a matter of time before AS.com was in its death throes.

It will be nice to have more folks over here.

I've refused to post at AS.com since the last round of crap.

I`ve also ditched AS and replaced my computer homepage with ASV.com.

I feel kinda sad, because I have been there from the begining, but times change...... and the problems overthere were really bugging me also.

But no worries, this place will soon build up its membership and become bigger and better than AstroSafari.

So I guess that its time to ditch all my "Welcome to AstroSafari" business cards and get a new batch made up. haha!

Yep,,,you gotta get some new cards Darren. Is sad that AS will be a thing of the past for me also although I haven't been there as long as many. ASV will grow no doubt and be much better I'm sure.

Man, guess I gotta go scrape off that AS.com sticker across the back of the van, but that just leaves room for the new ASV.com sticker \:D/ =D>

Yes, it is much easier to change the website than to change all those bumper stickers.....
I was told getting my beauty sleep was a waste of time.
