Anyone know of an online manual or exploded view of the model transfer case found in an 00?
I've never had one apart and have no idea what actually makes it "electric".

Not exactly an exploded view, but a pretty good explanation of the inner workings.

The Red Menace is now a completely functioning 2WD van

Took a bit longer than I figured it would, but the operation is a complete success.
Still need to finish bleeding down the brake's in the morning, but everything seem's to be functioning properly.
And all the bad noise's have gone away.

Considering I got this van for $500, and have'nt put any money into it to fix the major problem, I guess I'm doing O.K. with it.

A soon as it prove's itself out, and My kid get's his license back, I'm probably gonna pass the Grey Ghost on to him.

The only other problem I have with it now is Random Radio Syndrome, the damn thing turns itself on/off whenever it feel's like it
