Another new toy!! Pictures :-)

Post by Logan »

Picked up my latest edition to my car collection yesterday!
2003 Acura RSX type S (which means, 6 speed!!) A little bit of body damage and only around 90,000 miles. It currently isn't running. Previous owner thinks he might have spun a bearing or something. He didn't want to even try to fix it, so he told me I could have it for an absolute STEAL. :-)

I don't know anything about them, but the body looks in good enough shape.
looks like it could be fun with a bit of work.

My brother-in-law is an Acura fan. He can answer prolly anything you need to know, just post your questions and I'll relay them to him. He races a 1994 integra that he and his dad built from two totalled cars. I helped him replace and upgrade the brakes (NSX on the front, stock rear and all new lines) last weekend, and he raced it this weekend in Joliet, IL.

Nice find!

K24 swap from an Accord. Nuff said. Supposedly if you put a type S head on one you can get well over 200 at the wheels. Hey rlsllc you should have come down/up/whatever. I am about 6 minutes from the track

I didn't get to go, I helped get the car ready last week, but couldn't make it to the race. He only does it once a year, that's all he wants to spend.

Thanks for the invite, though. I'll keep you in mind if I ever get to go, he wants us to come and my boys would love to see that track!
