No brake lights

My 96 Astro AWD is the second on I've owned, and would buy another one if they would have kept making them.
However, I do have a problem, I can't seem to find, so am asking anyone for advice.
First, about a week ago, I noticed that my headlight chime quit working, also my "not wearing my seatbelt light" on the dash quit working. I checked for a bad relay, or fuse, but couldn't find anything wrong.
For whatever reason just yesterday, I asked my brother to watch and see if my 3rd brake light was working. When I stepped on the brake, he informed me that not only the 3rd brakelight wasn't on, but neither the other two.
I checked fuses, changed the brake switch, and even checked the bulbs.
I have signals, but no brake light.
My chiltons manual doesn't have a complete wiring schematic, so I could possibly trace down a problem.
If anyone has an answer for my dilemma, or know of where I can get a complete wiring diagram, I'd appreciate it immensely.
