Front seat bed imtegration

Has anyone here pondered a bed design utilizing the rotated front seats (to be done) the bed would extend over the right and left front seats and be the van width. Pros: preserves storage in back......
I know the spin arounds aren't trivial but once done this opens up other designs for the rear kitchen plus storage I can.t otherwise fit.


Cons?
