Looking for solutions for a third row bench with the what to make into a conversion bed :-k any ideas on making this bench seat into a bed ???,or has anybody tried to face the two together facing each other and gain any room , also is there any way to completely remove the head rest

Yes the headrests can be removed. I think all the information you need to get started is already posted in the forum. You're either looking for a conversion seat, or building your own solution. Some people fold the middle bench down and then put the bed on top of it.
