I've got an '04 Astro with the half barn doors and the hatch glass. Hatch glass opens fine but the bottom barn doors don't open. On the barn doors there is no key hole, just a handle.
How do I get my rear doors open again? Thanks!

You have the Dutch Door setup. Those "half barn doors" should unlock when you open the upper hatch.
There is an electric lock mechanism in the right door. This lock actuates when you unlock the hatch or unlock all locks on the van. You must open this door in order to open the left door (drvr side). What has probably happened is that that lock mechanism has become gummed up or has failed. You will need to replace this lock. Not expensive, but it IS a special order. It can be accessed through the top of the right door by pulling off the trim strip and GENTLY prying the inside door skin back from the corner. It won't be necessary to completely remove the skin. Using a hooked tool, you can unlock the door, thereby gaining better access to the lock.

The day I was packing to leave for Moab my hatch went dead. It was as simple as a fuse (#13 I think). Not sure about the doors, though. Probably what Cappy said.
