Raced yesterday in Fabius at Highland Forest and we did pretty good. Ben got 3rd overall and 2nd in his age group and I got 1st in my age group.

Been down with viral pneumonia these past 3 weeks, just walkin outside bothers me, don't know how you guys can exercise like that in those frigid temps....be safe out there and say hello to the family for me

Sorry to hear about the pneumonia Zam. Glad you are getting back to somewhat normal feeling. The cold temps are not bad to deal with. It helps we run year-round so we get used to breathing as temps drop.
