I have seen where other have done this but you cant get the krylon stain glass paint anymore.I ended up using TAMIYA colors clear orange ts-73 it cost like 10 bucks for four cans an there small cans . i cleaned the lense an wet sanded with 1000 grit sand paper to remove all imperfections then sprayed like several coats over the lense . After letting it dry i sprayed a TAMIYA clear coat over the lense to seal the color in .ok here are some pics

Very nice!
I think the amber color looks great, and it adds a bit of color contrast. It does complement the GMC grille as well. I have always thought that amber lens make cars safer by improving the visual notice ability.
Kinda like inverse camouflage.

Two tone color schemes, bright reflectors , Day time running lights, LED side mirror lights, etc can act as anti collision warning cues on our crowded roads and highways.
